By using PDFSwift ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PDFSwift provides free, browser-based PDF tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to process files that infringe third-party rights or that contain illegal content.

2. Your files

All file processing happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have access to any files you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any document you use with the Service.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original files.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFSwift and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or damage to files.

5. Third-party services

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's advertising policies. We load open-source libraries (pdf.js, Tesseract.js) from public CDNs; those CDNs are governed by their own terms.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
